First 7 Days

Your first week at ADR Studio Management is all about getting oriented, comfortable, and connected. This isn’t about rushing — it’s about setting a solid foundation for your success.

Here’s what your first 7 days should look like:

📅 Day 1: Setup & Introduction

• Complete your Tools Setup (email, Slack, ClickUp, Drive, etc.)

• Join all relevant Slack channels

• Attend your welcome call with your Project Manager or Team Lead

• Read core GitBook pages:

  • Who We Are

  • Work Environment

  • Communication Tools

  • Roles & Responsibilities

• Post your intro in #general: name, role, location, fun fact

📅 Day 2–3: Orientation & Observation

• Review your team structure in the Team Directory

• Understand the Project Management Flow

• Explore past and ongoing projects related to your department

• If possible, shadow a senior team member on a task or meeting

• Ask questions — curiosity is highly encouraged

📅 Day 4–5: First Small Contributions

• Take on your first small task with guidance

• Set up your ClickUp view with priorities and notifications

• Review our Client Communication Standards

• Submit your first deliverable or participate in your first review round

• Reflect on your onboarding experience — share any blockers or ideas

📅 Day 6–7: Integration

• Join your first internal team meeting or sync

• Receive feedback on your first contribution

• Clarify next week’s goals and expectations with your manager

• Contribute feedback to improve onboarding for the next new hire

• Start customizing your own workspace, folders, or tools setup
