Communication Tools

Communication Tools

Clear, efficient communication is the backbone of ADR Studio Management’s workflow. As a fully remote team, we rely on a curated set of tools to stay aligned, move fast, and collaborate seamlessly across projects and time zones.

We prioritize outcome and accountability over micromanagement. Here’s what collaboration looks like at ADR:

  • Clear deliverables with ownership and deadlines

  • Frequent updates in dedicated Slack groups

  • Task management through ClickUp with well-defined stages

  • Weekly check-ins when needed, but minimal unnecessary meetings

  • Open channels for feedback and support

💬 Slack

Our central communication hub. Each team, project, and topic has its own Slack channel or group chat. We keep things organized and direct:

  • Use threads to keep discussions focused

  • Mention teammates when input is needed

  • Pin important messages or docs

  • Respect time zones — not everyone is online at the same time

✅ ClickUp

Project management lives here. Every task, no matter how big or small, is tracked in ClickUp:

  • Assign tasks with clear deadlines

  • Break work into subtasks if needed

  • Use comments for updates or file sharing

  • Keep task statuses accurate (To Do, In Progress, etc.)

📂 Google Workspace

All documentation, spreadsheets, presentations, and internal resources are handled via Google Drive:

  • Use shared folders for each department or project

  • Always give proper edit/view permissions

  • Name files clearly and use version history when needed

🖼 Figma

For designers and UI/UX specialists, Figma is where ideas take shape. Use it to:

  • Share visual progress

  • Comment directly on mockups

  • Prototype user experiences in real time
