Security & Confidentiality
Security & Confidentiality
At ADR Studio Management, we work on sensitive projects for global clients across industries — from blockchain to luxury, from AI to hardware. As a result, security and confidentiality are not just legal requirements — they are a matter of integrity and trust.
🔐 Our Philosophy
We believe that freedom comes with responsibility. We trust our team to work independently from any location, but that trust is built on shared values:
Protect client and company information
Use systems responsibly
Avoid unnecessary risks
We don’t enforce overbearing controls — we rely on your professionalism, common sense, and respect for the work we do.
🧾 NDA & Agreements
All team members, freelancers, and collaborators must sign:
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
A Service or Collaboration Agreement
These documents outline:
What can and cannot be shared
Responsibilities toward client material
Limitations on IP usage and file distribution
📎 Contact your Project Manager or HR if you need to review your NDA.
💻 Devices & Access
Use personal or company-approved devices with password protection
Lock your screen when stepping away from your workspace
Avoid using public/shared computers for company work
Do not share login credentials with anyone — even teammates
Two-factor authentication (2FA) should be enabled where possible
☁️ File & Data Management
Store all project files on Google Drive or Box Drive — not local machines, unless necessary
Keep folders organized and avoid duplication or accidental deletion
Use shared access settings thoughtfully — share view-only when applicable
Backups and archive files must remain within ADR’s cloud systems
📢 Sharing & Communication
Never share client work publicly without written permission
Avoid discussing internal work in public spaces (events, forums, etc.)
Be mindful of screen sharing during calls — close unrelated tabs or sensitive documents
Double-check recipients before forwarding emails or files
🛠 Tools We Don't Use
To protect our workflow and ensure confidentiality:
Do not use personal cloud services (Dropbox, iCloud, etc.) for ADR work
Avoid free or unverified online tools that require uploading client files
VPNs are optional but not required — do not access restricted content on behalf of ADR
🚨 If Something Goes Wrong
If you suspect a data leak, account breach, or accidental sharing:
Notify your Project Manager immediately
Flag the issue in Slack (privately or in #adr_02_projects_management)
We’ll handle it with discretion — transparency is better than silence
🔐 Respect confidentiality like you’d protect your own identity. Security isn’t just policy — it’s the foundation of the trust clients place in us.
