Design Guidelines
Design Guidelines
Design is at the heart of everything we do at ADR Studio Management. Whether it’s a social post, website, pitch deck, or product concept, our visual language reflects the bold, innovative, and strategic identity of our studio.
These guidelines serve as a foundation for maintaining consistency, creativity, and clarity across all design work.
🎨 Visual Identity
Each project may follow a unique brand, but ADR’s general design DNA includes:
Bold, confident layouts
Clean typography with clear hierarchy
Balanced white space and alignment
Attention to detail in every pixel
A creative approach without losing functionality
When designing for external clients, always refer to their brand book, if available. When designing for ADR or internal use, follow our internal visual standards.
🧰 Tools of the Trade
Figma – For all UI/UX, wireframes, and visual layouts
Adobe Photoshop – For image editing, mockups, and composites
Adobe Illustrator – For icons, vector assets, and branding
Adobe InDesign – For brochures, presentations, and multi-page layouts
Google Slides / Keynote – For editable presentation decks
All files should be saved and shared in project folders within Google Drive, clearly labeled by name and version.
📐 Layout & Composition
Use grid systems to structure layout
Keep visual hierarchy clear: Titles > Subtitles > Body text
Align elements with purpose — avoid visual noise
Leave breathing room (padding/margins) for readability
Consistent alignment (left/centered/right) based on use case
🔤 Typography
Prioritize legibility across platforms
Use no more than 2 font families in a single design
Stick to project or brand-approved typefaces
Ensure responsive scaling for digital assets
🌈 Color Palette
Always use the brand’s official colors (provided in guidelines)
For ADR Studio internal use, prioritize neutral tones, white space, and strong accent colors (blue, black, gold, etc.)
Ensure accessibility — maintain contrast for readability
🖼 Imagery & Icons
Use high-quality images with purpose
Avoid generic or outdated stock photos
Customize icons when possible to match brand tone
Maintain visual consistency in size, stroke, and alignment
📎 File Naming & Versions
To keep our shared folders clean and understandable:
Name files clearly:
ProjectName_AssetType_Version_Date.extExample:
Zenit_SocialPost_V2_2025-04-01.psdSave working files and exports separately
Always upload final files to the
Finalsfolder
✅ Review & Feedback
Share work in progress early in the process for feedback
Use Figma comments or upload to ClickUp tasks
Apply version control and keep drafts archived
Tag relevant stakeholders in Slack when assets are ready for review
Design at ADR Studio is not just about aesthetics — it's about building experiences that speak, convert, and stand the test of time.
